When did you fall in love with Seattle?

I did in 1982… my first camping trip through the Northwest… driving up I-5… around the bend where all at once you could see the Space Needle, the skyline, the Olympic Mountains, the Sound, and the Kingdome (the Mariners’ home before Safeco Field).  I knew this was home for me… a place where, in the same day, you can cross-country ski Snoqualmie Pass in the morning, and kayak Lake Union before sunset.  Where people respect the environment, and more importantly, each other. 

I’ve since owned 5 homes, including the current one: an extensive design/remodel project with so many stories about its construction it may yet become a TV movie!  (For almost 5 months, I lived in a Winnebago parked on the street, with no bathroom or running water!)  Yes, I have stories... and plenty of pictures!

I’m also an Emmy-winning TV producer, so I bring to your real estate process an unusual creativity and an exacting attention to detail. 

My community charity work includes more than 5 years as a volunteer counselor, so you'll appreciate my listening skills and the ability to educate and empower you during this process.
